NOTICE OF INTENT. This Funding Announcement is not a request for applications. The Service intends to issue funding to the Kentucky Waterways Alliance (KWA) to continue implementation of the Kentucky Aquatic Resources Fund, a multipurpose partnership effort to conserve watersheds, aquatic species diversity, and water quality throughout Kentucky. This financial assistance is being issued under CFDA Number: 15.657 Endangered Species â¿¿ Recovery Implementation in support of this work. The determination by the Government not to compete this proposed assistance based upon Departmental Manual 505DM2, paragraph 2.14 (B) (2) is solely within the discretion of the Government.
