Description

USAID requests concept papers to address the lack of access to school, and, subsequently, the social stability a school system can provide for over two million out-of-school (OOS) children and youth across Yemen. USAID will support non-formal education (NFE) programming, and accelerated and remedial learning opportunities to reach out-of-school children and youth so that they can enter the formal school system at grade level, or achieve functional literacy and numeracy for the workplace. Curricula for NFE, remedial, and accelerated programming must be in-line with the approved curriculum according to the education cluster and Ministry of Education in Aden.
