The U.S. Geological Surveyâ¿¿s Fort Collins Science Center (USGS) is offering a funding opportunity to a CESU partner for research on flow reconstruction from tree rings of cottonwood (Populus) along the Wind River, Wyoming, on the Wind River Indian Reservation. Shifts in river flows are a central challenge for water resource managers.
