Millimeter-Wave Digital Arrays (MIDAS)
ArchivedDARPA - Microsystems Technology Office
Description
Amendment 01: The purpose of this amendment is to make revisions regarding women in STEM data collection as highlighted in bold in the conform full HR001118S0020 document. See the attached conformed solicitation. Original Synopsis Below: DARPA seeks innovative proposals for the development of element-level digital beamforming array technology at millimeter wave frequencies. The primary goal of the program is to develop and demonstrate a tile building block sub-array (>16 elements) that supports scaling to large arrays (100’s-10,000+) in the 18-50 GHz band. It is expected that this will be enabling hardware for multi-function, multi-beam phased array applications and emerging massive multiple-input-multiple-output (MIMO) techniques in communication and sensing. See the full HR001118S0020 document attached.
