Description

The over-arching purpose of this FOA is to help to lay the groundwork for pragmatic trials and real-world implementation of Alzheimers disease and related dementias (ADRD) care and caregiving interventions by supporting early-Stage (Stage I, II, III of the NIH Stage Model) behavioral intervention development clinical trials aimed at adapting/modifying interventions for the real world, examining the principles underlying these interventions, developing methods to ensure real-world fidelity of delivery, and developing training procedures for the people in the community who will be delivering the interventions.
