Description

THIS IS NOTICE INTENT TO AWARD TO A SINGLE SOURCE AND THERE IS NO FULL ANNOUNCEMENT ASSOCIATED WITH THIS NOTICE. The US Fish and Wildlife Service intends to award a single-source financial assistance agreement as authorized by 505 DM 2.14(B). This funding opportunity is a notice of intent to award a single source agreement to The Nature Conservancy to enhance oyster reef habitat and provided Sabine NWR shoreline protection. This single-source FWS award number will be awarded under CFDA 15.654.
