Description

The USGS is offering a funding opportunity to a CESU partner to participate in a collaborative team effort to study Lake Ontario lake trout reproductive health as part of the Lake Ontario 2018 Cooperative Science and Monitoring Initiative (CSMI) year. The Management Strategy for the Restoration of Lake Trout in Lake Ontario, 2014 Update (http://www.glfc.org/lakecom/loc/lochome.php) has identified the effects of dietary thiaminase on egg and larval survival as one of the most substantial impediments to the establishment of a self-sustaining population.
