Description

The project aims to provide Vietnamese judges, prosecutors, criminal defense attorneys and law students an opportunity to develop skills they need to bring the adversarial elements included in Vietnam’s new Criminal Procedural Code (CPC) to life. For judges, these skills include managing a more adversarial courtroom; for prosecutors and lawyers, they include making persuasive oral arguments and effectively questioning witnesses in open court.

• Public and State controlled institutions of higher education
• Nonprofits with 501(c)(3) status (other than higher education)
• Nonprofits without 501(c)(3) status (other than higher education)
• Private institutions of higher education
