Description

In accordance with 54 U.S.C. § 100703, Cooperative Study Units, this funding opportunity is limited to public or private educational institutions that are part of the Cooperative Ecosystem Studies Units Network. The NRSS Office of Education and Outreach is requesting the NOFO application posting time be reduced from 60 days. The reasons indicated are: The NOFO approval time. The additional approval times resulting from the zero dollar cooperative agreement recipient selection and subsequent funded task agreements. The program is under pressure to meet FY obligation deadlines. The nature of the project will most likely result in limited applications.
