Description

The Purpose of this amendment # 2 is to: 1. Include all questions received and USAID responses as attached; 2. Amend the NFO to include all corrections and clarifications noted in the Q&As; 3. Provide notes from a meeting held for Egyptian Universities at the request of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research; and 4. Attach the Initial Environment Examination (IEE) Please see complete Amendment in the instruction section.
