OVC FY 2018 Building State Technology Capacity

OVC seeks ambitious yet viable proposals from Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) Formula State Administrating Agencies (SAAs) or outside organizations who partner with existing SAAs to implement visionary statewide technology programs to enhance victims’ access to services, foster innovation and efficiency in the provision of services, improve the quality of services, and improve the accessibility and responsiveness of victim service organizations. OVC expects to make an unspecified number of awards of up to $750,000 with an estimated total amount awarded of up to $7 million. OVC expects to make awards for a 12–36 month period of performance, to begin on October 1, 2018. OVC will conduct one pre-application webinar on June 5, 2018, from 1:00–2:00 p.m. e.t.
