Description
The most fundamental goal of every jail is to maintain a safe and secure environment for inmates, staff, and visitors. Effectively managing inmate behavior is critical to this goal. The purpose of this cooperative agreement is advance the field of corrections by providing best practices in managing inmate behavior through training and associated assistance specifically in relation to Direct Supervision.
