The U.S. Department of State's Bureau of Near Eastern Affairs, Office of Assistance Coordination (NEA/AC), in collaboration with Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA), announces an open competition for funding through the U.S. Ambassadors Fund for Cultural Preservation (AFCP) to carry out a program to conserve cultural heritage sites of minority communities in northern Iraq, specifically sites with historic, artistic, or cultural significance that were targeted for destruction by ISIS and other terrorist groups.
