This announcement is to provide public notice of the National Park Service's intention to award financial assistance for the following project activities: HPI CESU Cooperative Agreement P18AC00865 with the University of Hawaii at Hilo for the project titled "Develop and Implement Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) Research and Monitoring at Ala Kahakai National Historic Trail and at Puuhonua o Honaunau National Historical Park."
