BLM ORWA Master Noxious Weed Control Program
ArchivedBureau of Land Management
Description
The BLM in the Pacific Northwest (Oregon, Washington and Coeur d Alene Idaho) are seeking to establish regional partnerships to collaboratively manage and coordinate treatments, inventories, monitoring, education and outreach, and prevention activities in order to gain efficiencies across multiple jurisdictions. Coordinating efforts and sharing resources is essential in order to allow us to focus our limited resources on preventing invasions and treating to remove new infestations early in the invasion cycle before they become well established, widespread, much more damaging to natural resources and harder to control.
