Description
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) will make a Single Source award to a previously selected recipient to support conservation planning, project design/implementation, and evaluation/assessment outlined in the Pacific Birds Habitat Joint Venture (PBHJV) business model. Activities include administration, outreach, habitat management planning, research, monitoring, and evaluation conducted by the PBHJV. Activities should also relate to the objectives of the North American Waterfowl Management Plan and other major bird conservation plans. The award is made under the authority of the Fish and Wildlife Coordination Act of 1958, 16 U.S.C.661-667(e), the Fish and Wildlife Act of 1956, as amended, 16 U.S.C. 742a-754, and the Migratory Bird Treaty Act, (16U.S.C. 709a).
