Description

This service area and funding have been combined with HHS-2019-ACF-OHS-CH-R06-1510 service area (Head Start and/or Early Head Start Grantee - Bienville, Jackson, Red River, and Winn Parishes, Louisiana). The new service area is Bienville, Jackson, Red River, and Winn, Natchitoches, and De Soto Parishes, Louisiana. Through this announcement, the Administration for Children and Families solicits applications from public or private non-profit organizations, including community-based and faith-based organizations, or for-profit organizations that wish to compete for funds that are available to provide Head Start and/or Early Head Start services to children and families residing in Bienville, Jackson, Red River, and Winn, Natchitoches, and De Soto Parishes, Louisiana. Funds in the amount of $5,291,530 annually will be available to provide Head Start and/or Early Head Start program services to eligible children and their families.
