THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD TO A SINGLE SOURCE, AND THERE IS NO FULL ANNOUNCEMENT ASSOCIATED WITH THIS NOTICE. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) intends to award a cooperative agreement to Conservation InSight for the purpose of continuing to conduct demographic monitoring to obtain baseline demographic rates for Cape Sable Seaside Sparrow subpopulations and to implement a nest camera study to better identify CSSS nest predators. Tissue samples will be taken for genetic analysis.
