Description
In accordance with the Economy Act of 1932, as amended, (31 U.S.C. 1535), the Department of Defense, in order to utilize the unique resources of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), the National Institute of Food and Agriculture (NIFA), has provided NIFA with funds to support the Substance Abuse Program at Joint Base San Antonio, Texas Competitive Grant Program. NIFA requests applications for the Substance Abuse Program at Joint Base San Antonio, Texas (SAP) for fiscal year (FY) 2018 to provide drug and alcohol abuse prevention education for military personnel and families, Department of Defense civilians, reserve components, and retirees at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA), Texas.
