This is NOT a request for applications. This is just a public notice that an award is in place with the Lowell Folk Festival under an existing cooperative agreement (P15AC00438).Responsibilities of the Lowell Festival Foundation shall include: 1. Contract for artists, musicians, and performers for a variety of Lowell National Historical Park special events.2. Contract for artist and staff lodging. 3. Develop income generating projects to support event sustainability, including sponsorships, merchandise and food sales. 4. Coordinate event logistics.5. Recruit for event volunteers.6. Provide volunteer shirts, training and appreciation programs to Volunteers In Parks personnel. 7. Utilize assigned space in Park Headquarters in accordance with NPS fire and safety guidelines.8. Provide support to special event logistics through the following staff position: Special Event Logistics Assistant.
