THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR APPLICATIONS. This announcement is to provide public notice of the National Park Service’s intention to award a modification under a single source justified master cooperative agreement. (Legislative Intent) The purpose of Cooperative Agreement P13AC00484 is to support activities to mark, restore,interpret,operate,and maintain the Johnstown Flood Museum and to provide for educational programs related to the 1889 Johnstown Flood. Johnstown Area Heritage Association and the National Park Service wishes to continue promoting the heritage and culture of the greater Johnstown Area, specifically the interpretation and preservation of the resources associated with the Johnstown Flood of 1889. Specifically, the objectives are to aid the Johnstown Area Heritage Association in employing the staff to deliver interpretive programs, house collections, and maintain the Johnstown Flood Museum.
