This is NOT a request for applications. This is just an announcement that NPS and SCA have entered into a task agreement under an existing cooperative agreement. Specifically, SCA will carry out the Statement of Work in accordance with the terms and conditions stated herein. The Recipient shall adhere to Federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and codes, as applicable.2. Recipient shall be responsible for all costs related to travel, uniforms, nametags, personal accessories, background checks, living allowances, fringe benefits such as health insurance, performance evaluations and assessments; program development support including compliance documentation; logistics management; dispute resolution; quality control; all recruiting including costs and application processing; risk management; personnel support for crews; post-project reviews; incident management and debriefings; all FICA, Medicare, and SUI costs.
