Description
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 5, intends to make a sole source award of a Cooperative Agreement to Virginia Tech. The Natural Resource Damage Assessment, Restoration (NRDAR) program (CFDA 15.658) operates under a series of laws, regulations, and authorizing statutes: the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), as amended (42 U.S.C. §§ 9601, et seq.); the Oil Pollution Act (OPA) (33 U.S.C. §§ 2701, et seq.); the Federal Water Pollution Control Act or Clean Water Act (CWA), as amended (33 U.S.C. §§ 1251, et seq.).
