This posting is to provide public notice of the NPS' intention to fund the following project activities without full and open competition: Cooperative Agreement P18AC01391 with Washington State University, a partner under the Pacific Northwest Cooperative Ecosystem Studies Unit (Cooperative and Joint Venture Agreement P16AC00003), for the project titled, "Vulnerability Assessment of Wetland Habitats to Reed Canarygrass (Phalaris arundinacea) along Ross Lake, North Cascades National Park Service Complex."
