This posting is to provide public notice of the NPS' intention to fund the following project activities without full and open competition: Cooperative Agreement P18AC01395 with the Regents of the University of California, Riverside, a partner under the Californian Cooperative Ecosystem Studies Unit (Cooperative and Joint Venture Agreement NPS-CALI-CESU-2018), for the project titled, "Managing Biodiversity along Transition Zones in Joshua Tree National Park."
