Description

THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD TO A SINGLE SOURCE, AND THERE IS NO FULL ANNOUNCEMENT ASSOCIATED WITH THIS NOTICE. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) intends to award a cooperative agreement to Texas A & M University for expanding the current partnership by extending the current NRI Contractor an additional 18 months and adding another qualified NRI Contractor to the team. The additional funding will support the production of many more SSA's.
