THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD TO A SINGLE SOURCE, AND THERE IS NO FULL ANNOUNCEMENT ASSOCIATED WITH THIS NOTICE. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) intends to award a cooperative agreement to Mississippi State University for assisting in development of protocol and standard operating procedures to assess refuge biotic and abiotic communities. To conduct inventory surveys, habitat manipulation projects, implement monitoring protocols and manage/create databases so as to yield timely reports for assessment of natural resource habitat and population management.
