Description
This funding opportunity announcement (FOA) will support basic science research to address outstanding questions in HIV latency and persistence by leveraging state-of-the-art single-cell multi-omics approaches. The goal is to interrogate HIV persistence with high molecular detail and resolution to better understand HIV persistence at the single-cell level. Emphasis will be on multi-omics or multiplex approaches integrating cutting-edge single-cell analysis technologies.
