Description

Funding instrument type: Grant or Cooperative Agreement Proposals for projects must focus on one of the priority programs and target audiences specified in the notice of funding opportunity. The program must be held at the American Center in Ho Chi Minh City. All applicants must submit proposals via email to HCMCGrants@state.gov . Only activities implemented/conducted in the American Center in Ho Chi Minh City will be funded. We will generally consider proposals in the $1,000-$10,000 range.
