Innovative Approaches for Radiation Hardened Electronics - new documents for FOA and instructions are now posted to include extended date of research proposal to January 25, 2019 along with the additional language as follows for clarification purposes:6. Research Opportunity Description: Add at end of paragraph "The Navy is interested in applications of rad hard electronics for space and defense systems in state of the practice and state of the art technology nodes (i.e., 130 nm and below). For projections, the Navy is interested in radiation effects trends to technology nodes below 10 nm."
