The purpose of this Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) is to solicit applications for a HIV Vaccines Clinical Trials Network Leadership and Operations Center (LOC). The LOC will be responsible for the overall administrative and scientific leadership for the HIV Vaccines Clinical Trials Network.
