Description

NIC is seeking subject matter experts to partner with NIC’s Thinking for a Change Initiative correctional program specialist to develop an overview training component of the cognitive behavioral program Thinking for a Change within the Alabama Department of Corrections. Applicants must be familiar with research, theories, and practices related to cognitive behavioral intervention. NIC will provide subject matter expertise related to the Thinking for a Change curriculum.
