The Public Affairs Section of the U.S. Consulate General Karachi (PAS Karachi) is pleased to announce an open competition for assistance awards through this Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO), contingent on funding availability, through the Public Diplomacy Grants Program. The projects set forth in this NOFO create awareness about Gender-Based Violence (GBV) through a digital campaign, expand access to information on women’s issues, and increase capacity of journalists to develop media content with improved and more relevant context. PAS Karachi invites all eligible organizations (see Eligibility Information, Section C) to submit proposals for up to two (2) projects specified in this NOFO. The applicants must submit a separate Applicant Summary Coversheet (see Attachment 1) for each proposal that clearly outlines under which project the application is submitted:
