Description

Support striking a regulatory balance by ensuring that Endangered Species Act decisions are based on strong science and thorough analysis. Rocky Mountain Monkey Flower, Weber¿s draba, and North Park Bugseed are all plant species that are on our National Listing Workplan for listing decisions within the next five years. Understanding the genetics of these plant species will help decision makers better understand the resiliency and representation of each of the species; which is important when considering the need to list under the Endangered Species Act.
