THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD TO A SINGLE SOURCE, AND THERE IS NO FULL ANNOUNCEMENT ASSOCIATED WITH THIS NOTICE. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) intends to award a cooperative agreement to East Carolina University for the purpose of restoring 36, 3m by 4m intertidal oyster reefs along eroding salt marsh and remnant marsh shoreline on Carrot Island within the Rachel Carson National Estuarine Research Reserve, in Back Sound, Beaufort, NC
