U.S. Mission to Moldova

Description

In observation of 20 years of partnership between the state of North Carolina and the Republic of Moldova, the Embassy support the production of a 20-episode television series. The series should be in an hour-long format for distribution on Moldovan television platforms (generally 40-52 minute running time of program). It would be incumbent upon the implementer to manage both the production and distribution of the content. The series should take a narrative approach of connecting with human subjects who have driven and benefited from the ongoing collaboration between the citizens of North Carolina and Moldova. The proposal should outline the narrative concept for 20 episodes, as well as background on the production team, a production timeline broken into story research, pre-production, production, post-production, and dissemination. A monitoring and evaluation plan including viewership and ratings should also be included in the proposal. The period of performance can be 12-24 months. Administrative overhead should be limited to under 20% of budget. For more details see attached Related Documents.
