Through this Addendum to the FY 2019 Policy Analysis and Capacity (PAC) Annual Program Statement (APS), No. 7200AA19APS00003 (the PAC APS), USAID/BFS is making a time-sensitive call for the submission of Concept Notes for a Feed the Future (FTF) activity entitled Food Security Policy Leadership, Interactions, Networks and Knowledge (Policy LINK or LINK), the purpose of which is to strengthen the capacity of local actors and institutions to lead and manage the agricultural transformation process and contribute effectively to improved, broad-based food security policy outcomes. Questions in regard to this announcement must be submitted to Kelly Miskowski at kmiskowski@usaid.gov by June 6, 2019 at 5:00pm Washington DC time. Concept Notes are due June 17, 2019 at 11:00pm Washington, DC time.
