Description

Higher Education Partnerships - Paraguay is design to accelerate institutional capacity development through partnerships and innovation between higher education institutions (HEIs) in the United States (U.S.) and partner countries that have a USAID presence. Specifically to strengthen the capacity of local higher education institutions (universities and training centers) to address gaps in the area of rule of law, while building a culture of lawfulness necessary for Paraguay to embark on its journey to self-reliance.
