TEAMER will provide developers access to Marine and Hydrokinetic (MHK) testing facilities. TEAMER will also lend technical expertise to assist with numerical modeling and data collection. TEAMER will be a collaborative effort including universities as well as already established national laboratories and National Marine Renewable Energy Centers (NMRECs).
