Description
NIST is soliciting applications from eligible public-school districts and accredited private educational institutions in the U.S. and its territories. These eligible institutions would nominate middle school science teachers in grades six (6), seven (7), and/or eight (8), to participate in the NIST Summer Institute Program. The NIST Summer Institute Program will provide selected teachers hands-on activities, lectures, tours, and visits with NIST scientists and engineers at the NIST Campus in Gaithersburg, Maryland.
