Description

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Services (Service) Natural Resource Damage Assessment and Restoration (NRDAR) Programs purpose is to restore natural resources and their services that have been injured by an oil discharge or hazardous substance release for the benefit of the American people. This is a Notice of Intent to award, in accordance with 505 DM 2, 2.14 B (4),to award to a single source Cooperative Agreement between the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) and Buffalo Niagara Waterkeeper to conduct habitat restoration at the Weber Property, Town of Niagara, Niagara County, New York. There is no full announcement associated with this notice and this is not a request for competitive proposals.
