Description

The objective of this Agreement is to promote the purposes of the National Historic Preservation Act of 1949 (54 U.S.C. 300101 et seq.) by NPS and the National Trust undertaking activities requiring the sharing of their knowledge, skills, and resources. NPS and the National Trust will undertake activities that promote greater public and private participation in historic preservation programs and activities nationwide.
