Description

This Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) represents the first stage of a two-stage competition process. In the first stage, interested applicants will submit a concept paper addressing one of the program areas described in the the NOFO. Please note that applications that focus on threat actors other than Region Two and it proxies will not be considered. Full Announcement and application instructions are available via SAMS Domestic. Applications will only be accepted via SAMS Domestic. Note date and time change for the GEC informational conference call.
