Description
In accordance with the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA), new four-year NFJP grants went into effect on July 1, 2016. The Employment and Training Administration (ETA) is issuing the Program Year (PY) 2019 grant allocations for NFJP grantee planning purposes to submit applications (including program plans) for PY 2019. This TEGL provides preparation and submission instructions and conveys grant allotments for Program Year (PY) 2019.
