The Bureau of European and Eurasian Affairs of the U.S. Department of State announces an open competition for public and private non-profit organizations to submit proposals to carry out a program to support independent media in Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia through training, mentoring and skills building in the United States.
