To All Interested Applicants: The purpose of Amendment No.06 is to announce that review and acceptance of concept papers under Kaunti Kuimarisha Uendelevu APS will be suspended after the close of the Third (3rd) Round of applications on March 6, 2020, 11:00 am Nairobi Local Time. USAID appreciates the tremendous positive response received thus far. As a result, the Fourth (4th) Round planned for April 30, 2020, 11:00 am Nairobi Local Time, has now been cancelled. If concept papers are to be accepted in the future, USAID/KEA will issue an amendment to the APS to notify interested applicants. Concept papers received after the aforementioned date will not be reviewed and will receive no official response from USAID/KEA. Interested applicants may still inquire about concepts papers submitted before the deadline.
