CSO announces a full and open competition for organizations interested in submitting applications for programs addressing electoral violence in Bayelsa State, Nigeria. The goal of the program is to reduce incidences of violence committed by cults in the period surrounding the November 2019 elections, by increasing community resilience in high risk areas.
