Description

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service), Midwest Region, intends to issue a Single Source Cooperative Agreement Award without competition to Pheasants Forever, Inc.(PF) to support strategic conservation delivery activities for at-risk species (e.g. pollinators) and to implement recruitment, retention, reactivation "R3" activities. Conservation delivery actions will take place across the Upper Midwest and Great Plains states (MN, WI, IA, MO, IN, IL, MI, OH, KS, ND, SK, NE). In conjunction with its recently released Midwest Region Hunting, Angling and Outdoor Recreation Recruitment, Retention and Reactivation (R3) Plan, the Service has identified goals and priorities for taking an active role in R3 efforts.
