The U.S. Embassy Bucharest/Bureau of Public Affairs of the U.S. Department of State announces an open competition non-profit Romanian organizations and institutions with experience in creative writing, education, civic engagement, and with no political affiliations, to apply for a grant of up to $25,000 to organize a poetry competition in English for high school students around Romania, on the topic of life under communism.
