Description

Program Description: The successful applicant will design and implement a two-year-long comprehensive, innovative and multi-pronged public education campaign, primarily in regional languages, in the Delhi-NCR (National Capital Region), including Delhi and the adjoining cities of Noida, Gurgaon and Faridabad. The campaign will demystify the issue of air pollution and cut through social and economic divisions to offer a clear and compelling explanation of the challenges, as well as solutions, available to the average citizen to protect their own health and that of their families while contributing to the greater good. The successful applicant will be equally aware of the science behind air quality and the need to present it to the public in lay terms. This campaign would include realistic and measurable outcomes; the plan, however, should anticipate and influence a much longer process lasting years.
